Client Details

Our client is a fast-growing company within the Retail industry that operates globally. Their fancy brands, values and dynamic environment are what defines this well-known company. They are located in Brussels and they are currently looking for an E-commerce Officer

Description

The E-commerce Officer will work in an agile team and will report to the Benelux Head of E-commerce.

As E-commerce Officer you are responsible for:

• supporting, and facilitating the sales of the products through the Brand websites in Benelux.
• Manage the various Brand websites in two languages (Dutch and French)
• Optimization of web shops.

• Follow-up and reporting to local- and international teams (KPIs, etc.)

• You assist with administrative tasks for setting up promotions, support in Search Engine Marketing and help to drive the Consumer Experience
• Execute various analysis and provide insights to the team

You help with the online product selection and follow-up with the colleagues at the HQ.

Profile

As E-commerce specialist, you have/are:

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, digital, communication, or related fields.
• Previous working experience is not a must if you are eager to learn
• Experience in consumer goods e-commerce could be a plus

• A good team player and good communication skills.
• Good mux between E-commerce tasks and analytical mindset
• Perfectly fluent in Dutch OR French. Very good level of the other national language and English.
