Omschrijving
Within the Finance Department, you are responsible for the management and monitoring from A to Z of all our customers' payments (B2B). In this context, you take the necessary actions to regularize the accounts (analysis, customer contacts, preparation of clearance plan, monitoring of litigation files, etc.).In addition to your primary responsibilities, you work closely with the Accounts Receivable Supervisor and the various team members to implement various recovery process improvement and automation projects, but not only, indeed other projects such as the dematerialisation and automation of accounting flows in the customer sphere are to be carried out in the short and medium term.
Your main responsibilities:
- Collection (+60%)
- Accounts receivable (+-20%)
- Credit control & reporting (+-20%)
Profiel van kandidaat
- First experience in cash collection or credit control (preferably B2B)
- Good communication skills in different languages (French or Dutch with good English)
- Teamplayer
- Passion for numbers and client contact
