Description

The Logistics SAP Processor has the following responsibilities:

• Handling all incoming orders from customers in SAP (stock orders, etc.)
• Making invoices and/or credit notes when asked by other departments
• Identifying possible problems and making corrections regarding invoices
• Handling all customer-related administration: new customers, address changes, etc.
• Weekly reporting regarding back orders
• Classifying all order related documents
• Database management
• Daily communication with internal and external contacts

Profile

The ideal profile:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in data processing in SAP
• You are fluent in Dutch and French, English is a plus
• Analytical and figure-minded
• You are proactive and are able to work independently as well as in a team
• You have an eye for detail
• You are renowned for your organizational skills and are a born multi-tasker
