For our client in the logistics sector, this is what we are looking for :

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Create the customer orders received via mail,phone, and modify – contact the customers if necessary
• Make sure orders are in the SAP system on time so that we do not have delays in customer deliveries
• Create customer complaints using the correct methods
• Create customer disputes and solve them with the customer
• Stay in close contact with the customers and inform them in case of product un-availability
• Daily contact with production to make sure we have the products available for the customers
• Do the daily Route Scheduling in Backup situation

• Expérience Opérational required,
• SAP Literate,
• Good levels of Dutch, French and English.
