Our client is a fast-growing Belgian company with activities throughout all Western Europe. Their offices are located in the South of Brussels, and they show a strong commitment to flexibility.

Description

• Monthly rolling forecasting process across regions and departments (P&L, Balance sheets, Cash flow)
• Develop and monitor annual budgets
• Perform regular financial analysis to identify trends, variances and opportunities for improvement
• Cost analysis and make recommendations for cost-saving measures + follow-up impact
• Sales Margin analysis to assist in the development of new business opportunities
• Act as Business partner and provide financial insights to support decision-making
• Assess and manage KPI's + prepare regular reports for presentation to Board and CFO
• Assist in the internal audit and compliance processes

Profile

• Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration or similar experience
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar function
• Experience in an international and/or publicly-listed company is an asset
• Fluency in English, excellent level of French and Dutch
• Strong analytic and communication skills
• "Business partner" attitude : you show proactivity in communication with varied departments
• IT-minded
