In order to strengthen its technical team, our client is joining forces with Proselect in its search for a :

PROJECT ENGINEER AUTOMATION (M/F/X) Your mission: This function has 2 major accountabilities :

    Focus on implementing automatic software tests for production assembly line:
    Specify and design new production test equipment for new products in close collaboration with production engineering, R&D, suppliers, quality and IT teams; Be responsible for new design projects testing ; Manage the test’s architecture as well as managing the material with the support of a programmer for the programming part of the software; Resolve early production and/or mass production issues; At group level, guide and support the internal engineering teams in the analysis of failures and the definition of corrective actions to ensure the production’s continuous quality.
Join the digitization team to support the implementation of a MES system (Manufacturing Execution System):
    Be the expert of the MES system and proceed with its implementation in other Schréder plants; Participate in the testing of MES systems; Provide technical input to help resolve issues while using MES and support end users; To do this, you will be responsible for a team of two people (one in Belgium and one in Spain).
Your profile: YOU are the profile Schréder is looking for if:
 

    You have a Master's degree in automation and you have at least 5 years' experience in a similar role; Your skills in software development and programming as well as your electrical knowledge are well established; You are familiar with the use and integration of an MES system and you can demonstrate knowledge and/or experience with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen or 5S methods; You are fluent in English in a professional environment; Your good interpersonal and communication skills will allow you to communicate and liaise easily with your internal and external contacts; Motivated, you are able to work autonomously and in a team; You are task-oriented and comfortable with a versatile work involving different disciplines and departments.
