Accountant (m-f-x)

For our client , an international company active in the real estate sector, we are currently looking for an accountant for the office Wavre

Our client is an international sustainable urban real estate developer. They are based in Wavre.

As a part of the Accounting team, your responsibilities will be the following:

• Bookkeeping from A to Z for different entities of the Group (invoices, bank statements, diverse operations, amortizations, payments, interest statements, administrative follow up, …);
• In charge of monthly / quarterly / half-yearly / yearly closures;
• VAT returns;
• Preparation and contribution to the drafting of legal documents (BNB / Tax return);
• Elaboration of reports / budgets / forecasting;
• Help and support for various tasks in subsidiaries in charge of a real estate projects.

Your qualifications for this function are the following:

• An excellent knowledge of English and French; knowledge of Dutch being definitely considered a big plus;
• A Bachelor degree in Accountancy;
• A first professional experience in Accounting, internally of in a Public Practice.

You are:

• Familiar with a multitasking, focused, pragmatic and business-oriented environment/approach, with a keen eye for detail ;
• Getting energized by having a sufficient level of autonomy in your daily job as well as by working within a team;
• A dynamic professional not accepting the status quo but willing to improve things in your daily job.
