Your responsibilities

The mission of the Change Manager is to ensure the governance of all changes and releases in line with the EMVO’s Change processes and the submission of reports to EMVO Management and the European Change Control Board Secretariat.

You will

  • Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities
  • Support communication efforts
  • Supervise harmonized Release Plans aligned with agreed priorities
  • Facilitate meetings for the European medicines verification community
  • Enable risk management

As part of the EMVO Advisory Board, you will

  • Design and maintain the change & release management process
  • Facilitate meetings and follow up on actions
  • Participate in the European IT and Quality Assurance Team meetings
  • Facilitate escalations or deviations related to the Change Management Framework
Your profile
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role with a technical background in a relevant field or industry (IT solutions/pharmaceutical sector/supply chain)
  • Experience collaborating with IT and QA teams
  • Deep understanding of project management best practices
  • Good organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to maintain excellent working relations with international supply chain stakeholders
  • keen eye for detail
  • Results-driven approach
  • Excellent written and spoken English is absolutely vital to join this multicultural team where English is the working language
  • Preferably experienced in Azure DevOps
