The CAD (College of Art & Design) is looking for a new Executive Assistant.

Desired starting date: Mid-April 2023

Full time job: contract for an indefinite period, 5 days/week; 38 hours/week

 

Job description:

The executive assistant is responsible for the direction and coordination of the school. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Supervision of the entire administrative back office of the college (programmes and schedules, planning of exams and juries, internal CRM management, internships management, contact with teachers and students,etc.);

· International relations (coordination of new programmes, organization of workshops, partnership set-up);

· Events organization (Open days, College exhibition, Study Fairs, Team Buildings, ...) as well as organization of cultural activities and study trips;

· Day-to-day finances (Control and monitoring of invoices, statements and payments);

About the CAD (www.cad.be)

· The CAD (College of Art & Design) is an international college of design located in Brussels and offering the following programmes:

o Interior Architecture & Design (3 years + 2 years)

o Communication & Digital Design (3 years + 2 years)

o Fashion & Textile Design (3 years)

o 3D Image Design (1 year)

o Video & Motion Design (1 year)

o UX – UI & Digital Design (1 year)

· The courses are taught in English by renown, working professionals;

· Teaching is exclusively based on practice (Anglo-Saxon method);

· Students have to do many internships in Belgium and elsewhere in the world;

· The CAD organizes workshops in Shanghai, Sao Paolo... and many study trips and exhibition visits.

Result: 98% of graduates find their job within 4 months of graduation.
