Description
You will cover all credit control aspects:
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts; Monitor outstanding debts
- Contact clients to understand issues related to overdue payments; Develop a solution to recover outstanding balances (e.g., payment plan)
- Take actions to encourage timely payments
- Resolve billing and client credit issues
- Hold recurring meetings with Partners to discuss their portfolio
- Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status
- Follow-up on invoices entrusted to an external collection agency
- Reconcile bank statements and open invoices
Profile
- Good communication skills in English, French and Dutch are a plus
