This young and dynamic Clean Tech company based in Brussels is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR & Sales Trainee to join our team.

Description

Responsibilities:

Human Resources (HR):

• Assist with recruitment and selection process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and preparing job offers.

• Assist with HR policies and procedures, including updating employee handbooks, maintaining HR databases, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Sales:

• Support the Sales team in generating leads and identifying potential customers.

• Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals for clients.

• Help maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

• Participate in sales meetings and customer interactions to gain hands-on sales experience.

• Support the Sales team in market research, competitor analysis, and identifying sales opportunities.

Profile

• Minimum bachelor's degree

• Good energy and enthusiasm to work in the Clean Tech sector, with a passion for sustainable and environmentally friendly technologies.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Dutch and French (English is a plus).

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently, as well as in a team-oriented environment.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
