Offre d'emploi : Financial Controller (m-f-x)

For one of our client, Robert Half is currently looking for a Financial Controller.

Our client, located in the Walloon Brabant between Namur and Louvain-la-Neuve, is an international growing group.

The main responsibilities for this position of Financial Controller are the following :

• develop and maintain tools assessing financial performance of businesses ;
• optimize the monthly closing, monthly reporting, monthly analysis ;
• management of the accounting team (2 FTE);
• act as a real business partner to any local stakeholders ;
• creation of new report, KPI, dashboard, ad hoc analysis, … ;
• in charge of inventory control / valorisation ;
• report to the group and the local management ;
• HR, legal and contractual support;
• Build strong relationships with local team and finance teams;
• harmonisation and optimisation of processes and implementation of an internal control.

The required qualifications for this job are the following :

• MSc in Accounting or Business Administration ;
• +/- 7 to 10 years of experience in audit / financial controlling / accounting ;
• fluency in English and French (Dutch is a good asset) ;
• autonomous, business partner, entrepreneurship, analytical, good communication skills and team player;
• experience in ERP
