Client Details
Our client is a Belgian company active in the Luxury Food sector.
They have grown into a company with a lot of international presence and more than 300 employees.
They have a big (and international) customer service team and today they are expanding their customer service team for the E-commerce platform (webshop).
Description
As Customer Service E-Commerce you will have following responsibilities:
- You make sure web orders are being handled
- You are a lot in contact with the logistics team to make sure orders arrive correctly and timely
- You are the Point of Contact for the consumers who have questions, complaints, requests, ...
- You are in contact with the marketing team and the community managers to monitor the communications on social media and see if you can intervene to give support
- You optimize the processes and continue to enhance the consumer experience on the website
- You are therefore also a lot in contact with the webmaster
You have a lot of autonomy and decision making responsibilities
You report to the Customer Service Manager
Profile
As Customer Service E-Commerce you have following profile:
- You can set high standards of quality
- You have excellent communication skills
- You are problem oriented
- You are precise and meticulous
- You are perfectly trilingual Dutch, French and English
- A first experience in Customer Support, Customer Care and Customer Service is a must
- Experience in luxury, food, fmcg or retail is a plus
