Our mission is to make it seamless, safe and more attractive to trade used cars, and we are looking for motivated and positive colleagues to join our team.

Description

* Direct interaction with our customers to ensure they have a good experience.
* First point of contact for our customers - support our customers with questions about our auction process, and help them prepare their application for our auction
* Manage assigned support tickets and ensure customers are kept informed and issues are resolved in a timely manner
* Play a critical role in managing customer escalations and proactively communicating upcoming product changes and enhancements
* Identify gaps between best practice and actual use of our product and features
* Ensuring that the customer gets to know - and uses - all functions of the company
* Proactively monitor our service providers' processes for payment, transportation and document shipping
* Ensuring that the customer learns and uses all functions of the company
* Digital onboarding and activation of new customers

Profile

* Fluent in Dutch, French and English
* A customer focused attitude and motivated to provide excellent customer service and support.
* The ability to translate user questions into technical requests
* A systematic and analytical approach to problem solving
* Previous customer service and support experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting and trusting relationships with clients.
* A great ability to learn quickly and easily understand new software applications.
