Description
The Field Coordinator Out of Home - FMCG will be in charge of the following responsibilities :
- Defining a market segmentation in line with the company's strategy for the field force
- Identifying the best possible Route-to-market
- Indentifying key drivers to play on: assortment, frequency of visit, visibility material, distribution …
- Defining and tracking strong KPI's
- Improving the sales force tool to enable the field team to deliver commercial growth at the highest efficiency
- You have & create a strong understanding of the on-trade market based on market analysis as well as customer sell-out data
- You are in the lead for the business reviews at 50% of our on-trade customers, by translating marketing plans into strong customer plans
- You work closely with the Account Managers on their annual customer business plan
Profile
- Master degree in Business, Economics, Sales and /or Marketing
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Sales
- Experience with on-trade channel
- Bilingual French & Dutch, and English
- Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
- Result-oriented, proactive and structured
