Robert Half Technology Contracting is currently looking for a SAP Incident Manager ad interim (m/f/x) for a 9 months assignment.

The company is based in Brussels region.

Responsibilities:

• Daily follow-up of all the incidents detected by organizing meetings with the global resolution team and the local functional specialists
• Report frequent progress overview to the local management
• Take actions to improve the resolution process and the communication between the different teams involved
• Put in place the local organization that allows correct defect resolution

The requested qualifications for this SAP Incident Manager include:

• SAP 4/Hana knowledge
• ERP knowledge
• Languages: English (French is a plus)
