Our client is an international well known company in the BtoB industry. With several offices in Belgium, great colleagues, and a highly qualified and passionate leading team, they train and invest in the experts of tomorrow with a human centred way of working.

You'd join a team of 5 to help them keep on conquering the real estate world with a 360 scope on your responsibilities from the commercial approach to the full development of each project.

Description

  • You are in charge of identifying and developing interesting BtoB prospects and clients: understanding what they are searching for, convincing them you are the right person to answer their needs and creating a successful partnership
  • You go on the lookout for the right locations for your clients, closing the best deals and advising them
  • You supervise the entire process until the signature of the contracts
  • You insure a qualitative administrative follow up, managing your project from A to Z.

Profile

  • Dutch is you native language
  • You have a degree in Real Estate, Business, Economics etc.
  • Ideally you have a first commercial experience of around 2-3years
  • Most of all: you are driven, dynamic, with an autonomous and entrepreneurial mindset, and you get the thrill about the idea of working this industry.
