Our client in Sint-Genesius-Rode provides a 360-degree service for real estate developers and contractors as a design expert for kitchens and cabinets. You will work in the Design and creative sector in order to support projects.

Description

The Project Coordinator's duties and responsibilities are numerous and diverse.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the ordering, delivery and installation of kitchens at the sites.
• Carrying out daily tasks, planning deliveries to the sites and ensuring their proper execution.
• Manage contacts with the various parties involved (project developers, general contractors, customers, suppliers, colleagues and independent installers).
• Manage the sales department and follow up orders.
• Communicating effectively with your manager, site managers and following up on sites.
• Set up the schedule for our independent installers.
• Attend start-up meetings and some site meetings.

• You will manage contacts between the company and customers as well as suppliers.
• You establish the delivery schedule of the kitchens on site with our logistics partner & other departments.
• You deal with unforeseen circumstances by being proactive.

Profile

Are you the Project Coordinator that we are looking for?

• You are a Dutch speaker and have an advanced level in French.
• You are familiar with planning methods and MS Access software.
• You will ensure strict compliance with our norms and standards.
• You are precise and organised.
• You are emphatic and a good communicator.
• You are a team player with a positive attitude.
• You like to solve problems and set an example for your team members.
