Description

As a Logistics Assistant you'll be responsible for the administrative support of the logistics department to ensure a high quality service to both suppliers and customers.

Main tasks:

• Preparing sales invoices (truck and train logistics)
• Communication with customers/suppliers regarding invoicing documents (loading report...)
• Close cooperation with colleagues in the logistics team, assistance and occasional replacements, possible evolution towards more logistic operations
• Encoding of stock movements (incoming, outgoing, internal) related to European terminals
• Encoding of operational costs
• Verification and payment of supplier invoices

Profile

We are looking for a Logistics Assistant that :

• You have a Bachelor's degree (international trade, logistics, etc.)
• You are fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
• 2 years of professional experience is an asset
• You are fluent in Word, Excel and Outlook
• You can adapt to an internal ERP tool
• You have general knowledge of logistics (Incoterm...)
• Excellent communication skills, ability to listen, question, apply instructions, interact internally and externally in French and English
• Highly organised, able to manage priorities, act quickly and efficiently to meet internal and external needs
• Team player, customer oriented
