You are responsible to supervise, manage and hire field operators through the whole Flanders Region.

Description

As a Field Operations Supervisor, you will have the chance to :

• Analyse the markets for which you are responsible
• Implementing management and engagement actions for partners
• Oversee the smooth running of partner operations
• Implementing sales and marketing actions with the partner community

Profile

The qualities and skills required for the position of Field Operations Supervisor are the following:

• Being fluent in Dutch and English (French is an asset!).
• Having a first relevant experience.
• Having a Bachelor or Master degree.
• Having a good communication skills and being autonomous.
