In order to sustain their growth, they are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Manager to join their dynamic marketing team.

As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all marketing activities related to the dermo cosmetics product range. You will play a key role in driving brand growth, creating brand awareness, and developing effective marketing strategies to position our products as trusted solutions for skin health.

Description

As the successful Brand Manager - Dermato Cosmetics - you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve brand objectives, increase market share, and drive revenue growth for our dermo cosmetics line.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape in the dermo cosmetics industry.

  • Define brand positioning, value proposition, and target customer segments for the dermo cosmetics product range, emphasizing the skin health benefits.

  • Develop and manage brand budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize return on investment.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, product development, sales, and creative teams to develop and launch new dermo cosmetics products and initiatives.

  • Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, print, social media, and events, highlighting the skin health benefits of our products.

  • Oversee the development of marketing collateral, packaging, and promotional materials to ensure brand consistency and high-quality standards, with a focus on communicating the efficacy of our dermo cosmetics range.

  • Monitor and analyze market performance, sales data, and consumer feedback to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement in the dermo cosmetics segment.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements related to dermo cosmetics products and skin health.

  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including dermatologists, skincare professionals, and opinion leaders in the dermo cosmetics field.

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to a team of marketing professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Profile

As the successful Brand Manager - Dermato Cosmetics - you will have the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience (min 2 years) as a Brand Manager or similar role - preferably in the dermato or cosmetic field

  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that drive brand growth and increase market share.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market research to inform decision-making.

  • Solid project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build relationships with stakeholders in the dermo cosmetics field.

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and marketing software/tools.

  • Fluent in English & Dutch - French is consider as a strong asset
