You will be the central point of contact for your colleagues and customers. You'll have in charge : Purchasing and Supplier relationship, Sales Processing, Contract Management and General Back-Office.

Client Details

Our client is active in IT/Broadcast systems and projects for a large variety of customers.

Description

As Back-Office Manager you will :

  • Prepare Purchase Orders and input them in the system,
  • Follow up on orders until their delivery,
  • Update the Suppliers in the database in the back office system,
  • Keep customers informed on their orders status,
  • Assist management in daily tasks,
  • Provide backup & support to the other back office assistant during vacations,
  • Manage the reception desk for reception of packets, mails/post.

Successful candidate skills :

  • Team Player,

  • Customer oriented,
  • At ease with numbers,
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch,
  • Good communication skills in English (French is a plus).
