Functieomschrijving

For a company located in Feluy, we are looking for a notification coordinator:

The Role:

• Manage the complete notification procedure for Europe.

• Issue the quarterly Report to Region Wallonne and send Certificates of Reactivation to

concerned authorities and customers.

• Renewal of current notification when required.

• Manage Pre and Post Notification for each reactivation customer submitted to Amber or Green

List Procedure.

• Manage Interim Storage/Transit Station invoices with notification documents.

Functie-eisen

The Profile:

• A1 degree

• Excellent interpersonal relationships to ensure good contacts with customers and authorities

• Business understanding

• Language skills: English, French, German: oral, written and comprehension

• Dutch, Spanish, Italian: comprehension

• High level of organization, rigorous, meticulous, punctual and very methodic

• Customer focused

• Computer literate and knowledge of SAP

• Logistics (administrative obligations) understanding/knowledge
