Our client is an international company, with a worldwide scope, that provides innovative solutions (expertise, products, services) linked to the performance of electric installations in the BtoB.

A company that works mainly with industries such as telecom, servers, healthcare and governmental. They are searching today for a meticulous, eager to learn and motivated person that will receive a complete onboarding and training path in order to become the point of contact of the clients.

Description

• Be the person to handle the contacts with several large accounts
• Insure a qualitative onboarding of the technical aspects, train to the use of the products, offer a great follow up for maintenance
• Listen to the needs of your clients to develop tailor made offers
• Keep contacts with your clients in a cross selling objective
• Work internally with the different departments, reporting to the Sales Manager.

Profile

• French native speaker, with a good knowledge of English/Dutch
• Bring some first experience from a technical or software/informatic environment
• You love being in contact with people, take the time to offer the ideal solutions, be qualitative to your clients and understand their needs
• You are eager to learn about this complex and thrilling industry.
