Function

Your Key Responsibilities as Billing Officer

• This role is key for AXPO due to the quantity of monthly outgoing invoices (200)
• You are both AXPO customers and team’s SPOC for all invoicing enquiries
• You provide a wide range of billing support
• You are in charge of inputting all origination contracts in the new billing system (Coregenius)
• You take ownership for implementing all contract’s price fixings in Coregenius 
• You are responsible for ensuring the quality of the invoices produced by Coregenius

Profile

The Ideal Candidate 

• Both Junior OR Experienced Candidates considered
• You have a Bachelor in Mathematics, Economics, Finance OR Engineering
• Excellent English and Dutch OR 
• Excellent English and French 
• You are pro quality and hence always pay attention to detail 
• You have an international background, are a good listener and have diplomatic communication meaning you will adapt quickly to diverse multicultural stakeholders
• You are highly organised, excellent at both anticipating and prioritising and hence a varied role with regular deadlines appeals
• As you are solution oriented and analytical, problems do not pose a problem for you
• You are both confident in your skill set and results-oriented and therefore can take ownership for your responsibilities
• You are a helpful and dynamic Team Player with a ‘can do’ attitude and an excellent sense of humour
